We are looking for Senior Controller (m/f/d) at our location in Hausen im Wiesental, Germany (hybrid) Tasks The Senior Controller supports the Business Unit One Mobility Autokabel during the transition phase by ensuring robust financial planning, cost transparency, and operational controlling. The role bridges BU-specific needs with corporate controlling standards and contributes to strategic decision-making. Lead controlling activities for the Business Unit Autokabel during transition and act as key contact for local management and corporate controlling Support profitability analysis, product cost controlling, and operational KPIs Coordinate budgeting and forecasting with FP&A and BU leadership and ensure timely delivery of accurate financial data Ensure compliance with corporate controlling standards and tools while driving process improvements and harmonization Provide financial insights for BU management decisions and support strategic initiatives Collaborate with project teams on investment and business case reviews Prepare monthly performance reports and variance analyses and present results to senior stakeholders Requirements Degree in Finance, Controlling, or Business Administration 5+ years in controlling or finance roles, ideally in manufacturing or automotive Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP/BI systems Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional interfaces First leadership experience (functional or disciplinary) and ability to coordinate teams Business-fluent German and English Benefits Strategic role in a key BU during transformation High visibility and impact Competitive compensation Flexible working hours thanks to a flexitime model Mobile working opportunities Benefits (JobRad, Job Ticket, capital forming benefits) Are you interested?
